Headache
Home remedy: chamomile tea

Chamomile is a plant widely known for its anti-inflammatory properties, making it ideal for relieving headaches.

Ingredients:

three tablespoons of chamomile (30g).
two cups of water (500ml).

Preparation:
Boil the water and add chamomile.
Let stand for fifteen minutes and strain.
Consumption mode:
Drink it during the day, also if you wish, accompany it with a little lemon juice.



Acne:
Acne is an inflammation in skin that is characterized by red pimples, especially on the face.

Remedie:
Ingredients:

. Water
. Lemon.

Preparatión:
Apply or put lemon juice directly on the affected skin, leave on for half an hour and rinse well with water.
Lemon is used not only for diseases also lemon has different uses in the home as it is antiseptic, disinfectant and stimulates the immune system.

    Home remedy: Sparkling water and lemon

    Ingredients:
    -A small glass of water
    -A lemon
    -Half tablespoon of baking soda

    Preparation:
    Heat the glass of water in the microwave for 1 minute, then take the lemon and cut it in half and squeeze the 2 pieces, and at the end add the tablespoon of baking soda and then stir.

    This remedy should preferably be done after eating.

  2. for joint pain
    In the hands on the feet, on the knees, on the fingers there are several medicinal plants and some hot creams for this, such as:
    LINAZA:Serves as anti-inflammatory and bad cholesterol in the blood.
    ROMERO is an anti-inflammatory and has many properties as well as a reliever for joint pain.
    JENGIBRE:is anti-inflammatory and is ideal for treating joint pain last but not least.
    CURCUMA: is an anti-inflammatory and has analgesic and antioxidant properties and is very important to treat infections caused around the joints
    RECOMENDATION : It is also recommended to apply the hot creams on the joint.

  3. Aloe Vera Gel

    The gel is applied externally and can be used on dry skin, acne, wounds, burns, irritations, eczema, psoriasis, insect and nettle bites, dermatitis, cuts, tired feet and legs, after shaving, etc.

    Preparation

    Ingredients: three or four healthy aloe vera leaves

    Preparation: cut the leaves close to the stem, wash them and remove the thorns. With a knife, separate the inside or press to remove the pulp. To avoid irritation, you must make sure that when dragging the gel there is no yellow sap, if so, it is better to discard it. Store it in a glass container in a cool place out of direct sunlight or in the fridge.

  4. HOW TO IMPROVE MIGRAINE SUFFERING
    ingredients
    Water
    a bowl
    a plastic container

    process

    1. put a liter of water to boil in a bowl
    2. Once hot, take it to a deep plastic container where the feet are covered by the water and you can withstand the heat.
    3. start to cover the legs with the water slowly from top to bottom

    result
    As the water settles, the pain in the head improves because the excessive blood flow that rests in the head moves to the legs to respond to the danger that the legs and feet are suffering from the excessive temperature

  5. REMEDY FOR STOMACHACHE

    Ingredients.
    1 glass of water
    1 lemon

    Process
    1 Serve the glass of water on a pot.
    2 Put the lemons on the water.
    3 Put the ingredients on the stove, until the water boiles
    4 When it´s cold enought to drink, drink it

    Result
    You will feel better.

  6. Remedio para el dolor de las articulaciones
    ingredientes : agua, gelatina, miel ,yogur,o crema fria

    Vierte 2 cucharaditas de gelatina en un cuarto de taza de agua fría
    Luego, deja reposar fuera del refrigerador toda la noche
    A la mañana siguiente la gelatina ya estará sólida
    Consume la gelatina en ayunas 30 minutos antes del desayuno.
    También la puedes consumir con un poco de miel, jugo, yogur o crema agria.
